At Fiamma, everything begins with fire.
Family-run and rooted in Italian tradition, we craft slow-fermented dough with simple Italian ingredients — premium stone-milled flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and Fior di Latte from Napoli.
Our clean-burning gas dome reaches 500 °C, baking each pizza to perfection — a base that’s soft and light, with that beautifully soft-and-crunchy edge. No smoke, no shortcuts, no compromise.

Each dough ball is slow-fermented, hand-stretched, and fired at over 400 °C in our Gozney Dome — giving every pizza a crust that’s soft inside, yet beautifully crisp and flame-blistered on the edge. We offer a range of authentic toppings inspired by the flavours of southern Italy — from classic Margherita simplicity to rich, seasonal combinations crafted with care.
Every pizza is served with our signature Garlic & Herb Aioli — creamy, aromatic, and made fresh in our kitchen.
