1) Overview

These Terms govern your use of our website and any order you place with Pizzeria Fiamma (“we”, “us”). By ordering, you agree to these Terms.

2) Ordering & Payment

• Place orders via our website; payment processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled unless we agree.

3) Delivery

• We deliver within a 10-mile radius of Castle Donington.
• A £2 delivery charge applies.
• Delivery time windows shown at checkout are estimates.
• You must provide an accurate address and contact number.

4) Alcohol Sales & Age Verification

• Alcohol is sold only to customers aged 18+ in line with UK licensing law.
• We use age verification at checkout and may request valid photo ID on delivery.
• We operate a Challenge 25 approach; refusal or non-compliance will void delivery of alcohol.
• Alcohol will only be delivered with food.

5) Allergens

Please check dish descriptions and contact us if you have allergies or intolerances. Cross-contamination cannot be fully eliminated.

6) Refunds & Problems

• If something’s wrong with your order, email info@pizzeriafiamma.co.uk within 24 hours.
• Refunds/credits are at our reasonable discretion.
• Alcohol cannot be returned once opened.

7) Website Use

• All site content (logo, images, text) belongs to Pizzeria Fiamma.
• Do not copy, scrape, or reuse content without permission.
• We are not liable for downtime or third-party outages.

8) Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability related to any order is limited to the order value.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
