🍕 Our Pizza

At Fiamma, every pizza begins with time and care.

Our dough is slow-fermented for flavour and made with premium stone-milled Italian flour.

Each base is hand-stretched to around 12”, then baked in our clean-burning gas dome at over 400 °C — creating that soft yet beautifully crunchy Neapolitan texture.

Served with our signature garlic & herb aioli. Perfetto!
